Buongiorno amici :) We are in the most exciting city of our trip: Milan, which is the fashion capital of Europe. It is not surprising to be influenced by Milan as a fashion blogger, but fashion is not the only reason to love Milan. Risotto, pizza, tiramisu and Tuscany wines are as inspiring as Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Versace. Milan is in Northern Italy and it is different from Southern Italy. The Italy image in our minds (Dolce Vita, lazy and cute people, crowded and noisiy big families) belongs to South, Milan is the business center of Italy, thus, people doesn't making siesta here, they work hard in their offices.
Duomo, the symbol of Milan, is a gorgeous and gothic cathedral.
A lunch break in Galleria, my favourite pizza, Quattro Formaggi was yummy. Galleria or Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is the oldest shopping mall of the world which was built in 1868 attracts tourisits with luxury brands and elegant restaurants.
Another symbol of Milan, Castello Sferzesco.
I strongly recommend to go to Ristorante Papa Francesco for dinner. It is not a touristic restaurant, a family owned real Italian restaurant. Upon the recommendation of the waiter I chose ravioli with cream sauce and it was yummy. Of course, we didn't leave the restaurant without eating tiramisu which was fab!!
See you in Como :)
